One of the founding members of the FACTION UK team, Kara brings energy, vision and a drive to challenge the status quo in property and construction. Passionate about building better delivery for clients and more inclusive networks, she’s on a mission to diversify business development both in the boardroom and on the golf course. With a notoriously high handicap and zero ego, Kara is here for the connections, conversations and good swings (or not!) that golf can bring.

Co-founding The Fairways Network with her good mate Matt, Kara is excited to create a fresh space where industry leaders, newcomers and anyone in between can find community, opportunity and positive change one round at a time.

Director of Hale Brown Architects, Matt is a respected architect and passionate golfer who believes in creating meaningful change in the industry and beyond.

Dedicated to making golf more welcoming and accessible, Matt was taught golf by his grandmother and has 2no. teenage daughters, who share his love of golf.

Through The Fairways Network, Matt is hoping to inspire more women to take up golf and enjoy the physical and mental health benefits.  Matt is a member of several established golf socieites and hopes to encourage more women to join them and benefit from the social and networking opportunities they provide.
